Michael Jaeger
Michael Jaeger has profound experience in leadership development, drawing from his scientific background and his work as consultant in various industries (banking, engineering, automotive, insurance, education). He focuses on tailoring solutions to the development needs of the clients, using his skills in talent diagnostics as a starting point. Leadership training and coaching as well as team development are then designed in close cooperation with the clients.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in designing and developing assessment and development centers with tpm GmbH. Furthermore he worked as an SAP consultant where he specialised on the business processes in
logistics, purchasing and production planning.
Apart from working as trainer and consultant Michael also frequently teaches courses in educational psychology (FAU Erlangen, CAU Kiel, Hamburg university) and also counsels school development projects on implementation
and transfer processes.
