OBJECTIVES AND METHOLOGY

Leadership is essential to the success of organizations and managers. Unfortunately "pressure" from daily activities, sometimes takes us away from what is important in favour of the more urgent matters.

LDP intends to create a “space” that capitalizes on the experience of organizations and professionals in order to provide consistency and depth to it, while allowing to focus on results to be obtained in day-to-day work. It draws on a methodology that involves:

 

  1. Brainstorming and analysis on what "worked" in the organization and experience of the participants
  2. Self and peer review using  "online" tools
  3. Classroom training to support mapping of the main themes of leadership and setting specific targets for the day-to-day work
  4. Participation in a whole range of development activities, that are tailored to the needs of each organization
  5. Sessions of individual "coaching" which will be conducted in person or via "skipe" to help implementation of individual Leadership Development Plan.

Our goal is that participants define and implement their Development Plan, based on concrete objectives and activities with the support of senior consultants and a coach.

 

CONTENTS AND DURATION:

The program will last one year, with a total of 55 hours per participant with the following phases: conception, diagnostic, planning, implementation and control of results. During these phases participants will answer the following questions:

 

Phase 1- Conception

WHERE ARE WE GOING?

 

  • Clarification of responsibilities and activities of the manager / leader
  • Definition of competence (attitudes) required
  • Design of development activities
  • Brochure design for communication LDP participants

 

Required activities:

• Workshop day with a Workgroup (6 items)

• 5 individual interviews

 

Phase 2- Diagnostic and planning: where are we? how to improve?

  • Diagnostic skills: individual questionnaire and 360 reviewed.
  • Preparation of Manual Training and development activities
  • Plans for individual development: individual feedback

 

Required activities:

  • Individual and group diagnostic development centre
  • Filling reviews by employees, managers, colleagues and self-assessments.
  • Meeting individual feedback of results and development plan;

 

Phase 3 – Implementation: training and development

Classroom training

  • Classroom training modules: delegation, performance evaluation, communication, performance and change management,  etc.. with the preparation of improvement plans and results to be achieved.

 

Development activities

  • Self-development, task-forces, temporary assignments etc.
  • Coaching sessions in group / individual.

 

Phase 4- control of results

What are the improvements?

  • Evaluation of the results of individual improvement plans
  • Application of the assessment questionnaire to 360.

CERTIFIED PROGRAM

 

This is a certified program and at the end each participant will receive an international certificate of attendance, validated by ACE-Assess Change Establish(European association of experts in assessment and development). ACE is one of the oldest networks in Europe (more than 25 years experience).
