Fast assessment is essentially a mini version of our assessment centre, or individual assessment programmes. Fast assessment does not compromise on quality, and it delivers outstanding value-for-money. It is quick and easy to implement. It is suitable for recruitment, for leadership development, succession and career planning and as a diagnostic for coaching. It gives you a better understanding of your people, for example at times of restructuring, merger and acquisition, or moving into new business areas. It facilitates organizational transformation through a focus on high performance.

The ACE process:

  • Create the success profile – what must the individual be able to do now? In the future? What cultural values must they have to work effectively in your organization?
  • Assess performance and potential – Generally we use either behavioural profiling, or e-SimulatorTM, our virtual in-box program, together with perhaps a structured interview, or maybe one other exercise or questionnaire.
  • Report generation and feedback – we then generate an assessment summary, containing narrative and graphical data that illustrates the individual’s capability, strategic fit and cultural fit with your specific requirements and provides a basis for feedback.
  • 100-days coaching plan - we provide you with a 100-day coaching template to help the candidate's induction, or to help the candidate pursue their personal development plan. We can provide personal or telephone coaching to support the individual, or you can provide this in-house.
