Our individual executive assessment process can be used for selection, succession planning, career and personal development.

Comprising a combination of psychometrics, behavioural profiling, business simulations and structured interviewing, an individual assessment measures an individual’s current capability and future potential against your success profile.

The ACE process: we work closely with you to:

  • Create the success profile – what must the individual be able to do now? In the future? What cultural values must they have to work effectively in your organization? In what direction should they take the organization?
  • Assess performance and potential – - what tools and methodologies best suit the success profile? What are your business needs? What processes best suit these? We offer a range of virtual and conventional methods, giving maximum flexibility to the candidate of time and place.
  • Conduct a one-to-one interview – we use a structured approach to confirm the assessment findings and explore the individual’s motives, strengths and preferences.
  • Report generation and feedback – we  generate an assessment summary, containing narrative and graphical data that illustrates the individual’s capability, strategic fit and cultural fit with your specific requirements and provides a basis for feedback.
  • 100-days coaching plan - we provide you with a 100-day coaching template to help the candidate's induction, or to help the candidate pursue their personal development plan. We can provide personal or telephone coaching to support the individual, or train you to provide this in-house.
